Inductive loop amplifiers are a must for modern PA installations to give equal access to annoucements to people with hearing disability by transmitting audio signals to hearing aids fitted with a "T" switch. They are ideal for use in churches, theatres, conference rooms, museums, waiting rooms etc.The loop consists of a wire winding laid into the floor, into the wall, or into the ceiling. Within this loop, a magnetic field is generated which will induce a voltage in the induction receiver. The receiver will reconvert this voltage into an audio signal. Any number of receivers can be operated within an induction loop. The maximum size (300m sq) of an induction loop may be reduced due to field strength losses which are caused by metal in ceiling and floors. Small losses can be compensated with the function METAL LOSS CORRECTION.Features:Each channel accepts input via XLR, 6.3mm Jack or RCA phonoInputs switchable between mic and line with optional phantom power +36VdcBuilt-in siren for evacuation alertTamper proof channel volume, bass & treble and loop current level controlsPeak current LED indicationAGC (automatic gain control)19" rack mountableFull installation and operation manual suppliedLoop cable not included, but can be purchased separately in 100m drums (804.651)Specification:Power supply 230Vac, 50Hz, (100W)Frequency response read more
