This absolutely magnificent pitcher is in beautiful condition with no chips cracks crazing or repairs. T is some wear in the gold gilt. The item features a white porcelain background with a mottled gold and deep (looks like cobalt) blue floral design with gold accenting. It has the Adderley's Royal Doulton mark with the words Adderley and England written inside a triangle with a small circle at the top and a crown in the opening indicating that it is c. 1912-1926. Also on the bottom of this exquisite piece is a blue sideways 3 to the right of the mark and the numbers 4808 in gold below. Furthermore t is an embossed mark indicating the reference number R (superscript d) 178726. The pitcher measures approximately 7" high and 5" wide spout to handle. This is truly a magnificent item. Examine the pictures closely to bid with confidence; I have no reserve and a low starting bid. Please feel free to email me with any questions. Take a look at my other items. I will combine shipping to save cost if you purchase more than one item. T is a tiny little imperfection in the white glaze in the upper right area of the item that I missed upon first inspection and only discovered upon packaging for shipping. It is so small and insignificant that upon my initial inspection I thought it to be part of the mottled gold effect. However, no matter how small, I try to be scrupulously accurate and honest in my descriptions and so felt compelled to add it to the item description. It in no way detracts from the beauty of the piece
