I am offering an Adirondack Council Strip, I think from around the 1960's. Thsi council is up in Northern New York, and it may have merged by now. When I was in scouts in the 70's, it was still around.

It is red twill with white stitching. It doesn't look like it was sewn onto a shirt, but I can't say for sure. The patch is in good condition, and it does retain some of the original stiffness. It's nice and clean, with no tears or holes. I included a couple of macro photographs of the front and back so you can see the details. T's no "shiny-ness" to the stitching, so I'm pretty sure it was never pressed with a hot iron. T are two thread ends on the bottom of the patch - one at each end, but they are not from unraveling, and t is no loss of area.
