ADOLF Hitler Fireplace Ashtray Exact Copy "Flick Your Ashes On Hitler's Hearth"This Ashtray is heavy. Although I'm not sure of the metal content it is made out of. Measures 6 ½" X 5 ½"At the top of the Ashtray engraved it reads "FLICK YOUR ASHES ON HITLERS HEARTH" On the lower part of the ashtray engraved it reads "THIS IS AN EXACT COPY OF THE FIREPLACE IN HILER'S FORMER HOME AT BERCHTESGADEN FROM WHICH THE MARBLE INSERT ABOVE IS AN ACTUAL PART TAKEN FROM T ONE MONTH AFTER V-E DAY"I found another ashtray on EBAY that resembles this one. Item #170115928263. It already soldUnfortunately the little piece of marble insert came loose and was lost before I actually purchased this for my personal collection. This piece was less than an inch big. Still, this is a nice piece.I will be posting many WW II items so be sure to check out my other postings.
