is an adorable pair of Mt. St. Helens ''Ash-Ware'' ceramic CAT figurines . These darling cuddling kitties measure 5'' high & 4-1/4'' high. St. Helen's Ashware manufactures fine handmade ceramic products using ash that fell on Cougar, Washington during the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens. Ash is added into the clay and poured in a special manner to create a marbled swirl effect. The white color of the ashware is regular ceramic clay and the brown is the color that the ash turns in the kiln during the firing process. T are no dyes or other colorings added. All products are artisan-made with authentic Mount St. Helens ash. They are both artist signed. The larger kitty has the original hang tag and the smaller kitty has the original oval foil label. They are both in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or ''flea bites''. Wonderful addition to any collection! Don't Miss Out!!
