Antique film strip, tag reads: Advanced Planes, 5 - pp, film No. 5, Produced for Bureau of Aeronautics, Flash Projector, Device 5 - PP. The film is 1 3/8 inches wide (35mm?). The images appear to be aerial photographs of various military propeller driven aircraft, possibly for learning visual identification of aircraft. From what I know of aircraft identification the planes on the first foot or so of the reel appear to be from the late 1930's to perhaps late 1940's.The film appears to be in fairly good shape for it's age and comes in it's little cardboard box. All proceeds from this sale benefit Lifelong AIDS Alliance in Seattle, Washington.
