THE ADVENTURES OF DON QUIXOTE OF LA MANCHA BY MIGUEL DE CERVANTES This is for a hardback with pictorial boards published by J M Dent, London, in 1902. 1st thus. Includes 43 full-page illustrations by W Heath Robinson including tissue-protected frontis [see pictures]. Decorated endpapers. Uncut edges. 529 pages. There is a previous owner's name on a blank preliminary page [dated 1903]. Some foxing spots on the preliminary and final few pages, very very little on the actual text. The covers are bright and clean save for a small light pink mark, which doesn't really distract from the green/black/yellow of the attractive boards.. Tightly bound with no tears or loose pages and very little rubbing to the board edges. In very nice condition for its 111 years!
