Advertising celluloid tape measure from Karr Range Co. of Belleville, Ill. Made by Parisian Novelty Co. of Chicago. Patent date of November 1919 on the side. Measures apprx 1.5" across, cloth tape. Not sure of the length. Have not pulled out further than a few inches. Great addition to your collection! Buyer pays S&H, visit my Ebay Store, Thanks!
