7th Sea Players Guide AEG Alderac Entertainment Group Hardcover You are bidding on the 7th Sea (or Seventh Sea) Players' Guide from Alderac. This was one half of the game - the other was the Games Masters' Guide, I think - but I bought this because I was a player (natch) and also because it seemed to contain quite enough rules and detail for a clever RPGer to run the game with just a bit of imagination. In any case, this is a wonderful game - a swashbuckling romp through a "Pirates of the Carribean" type world of adventure and intrigue, full of magic, burried treasure, beautiful maidens, mermaids, giant squid and all sorts of shivering your timbers with a grog o' rum for piece of eight. I'll stop now. The book is really very beautiful - it is mostly black and white with lovely illustrations, but there are some beautiful color plates and a map on the end papers. Check the pictures. I've taken a shot of the ISBN and internal product number too, so you can be sure what you are getting. I barely used this - I think I read it, but I was playing the game and was concentrating more on those details than anything else. My GM had this book and we used his. I never ran the game, although I was interested in it. Too little time . . But my loss can be your gain! Bid early, bid often! Ask questions if you have them.
