Aegirine & Smoky Quartz - Location: Mount Malosa¸ Zombat District¸ Malawi. Miniature. we have an aesthetic Specimen of a cluster of gemmy light smoky quartz crystals with some prismatic crystals of aegirine. The aegirine crystals are well formed and sharp. The aegirine crystals are a dark green to almost black in color and are lustrous. The smoky quartz crystals are well formed and sharp and are more flat tabular and are a light brownish color and they are gemmy (in some areas) to translucent (in some areas) with a glassy luster. All in all these is an aesthetic piece.
