The ZIPPIN PIPPIN roller coaster has been thrilling riders in Tennessee since 1923. This classic coaster is located at LIBERTYLAND amusement park in Memphis. It is widely known that Elvis Pressley loved this roller coaster and even rented the park on several occasions for friends and family. This beautiful aerial view showing the coaster and part of the amusement park was taken in 1990. When Libertyland closed in 2005, the coaster was sold at the parks auction. It is currently planned to be rebuilt at an entertainment complex in NC. Year Taken: 1990 Size & Type: 8x10, Color Photo This photo is a digital reproduction from an original negative-made print.
