AGFA Wood Bellows 8 x 10 Camera in Original Case AGFA Wood Bellows 8 x 10 Camera in Original Case Case measures: 10 1/2" x 15" x 16 1/2". Case shows a metal nameplate: AGFA. Thick leather handle, metal corners. Some scratches to the surface of the case from use. Camera body measures: 11 1/2" x 14 1/4" . The bellows track extends the total length of the camera to 19 3/4". Brass name plate found on tracking: Made By Agfa Ansco Corporation In Binghampton, N.Y., U.S.A. Brass diamond shaped name plate on front: AGFA. Blue label on inside behind the lens housing : Packard Ideal Shutter Patd. 1895 Others Pendg. 8" x 10" piece of glass shows a few scratches. Bellows look in very good condition, do not appear to be dry or too fragile and I can see no tears. 2 splits in the wood on the front around the lens opening & 4 small holes show chipping around the edge of the holes in same area ( see photos ). A few other small abrasions to the wood surface. Beautiful rich color to the wood. I believe it to be either Cherry or Mahogany. All brass hardware. The rubber shutter ball shows a split in the rubber. Original case for this camera also holds 3 8" x 10" sheet film holders. A separate backing for the camera to convert to 5" x 7".
