Here is a massive Blitzkrieg package that includes some very rare extras! First you get a copy of AH's "Blitzkrieg" (the 1975 edition in a thinner box) in excellent condition; the three map sections are excellent with little signs of use. The counters are excellent, partially punched (the substitute Tournament counters remain unpunched), well centered and confirmed complete. The rulesbook and charts are in excellent condition (the turn record track has two games checked off). The box is very good with two corners torn (but repaired) and moderate shelf wear. Next, from Poultron Press (the forerunner of SPI) 1969 release, the "Blitzkrieg Module System", designed by James Dunnigan. This is a clean reproduction, not an original. The charts & tables inserts are copied onto 110 lb. card stock, There is a sheet each of 267 blue and 267 pink counters (unmounted and uncut). Note see below for a complete set of counters for this module by Kerry Anderson. The EXTRAS include a ton of variant material (some which is very rare and hard to find) and over 3,000 DTP variant counters. Note that all the variant counters are mounted on thick presentation board and razor cut ready to play. Also, all the combat units have color backing for inverted "Fog of War" play. Six articles from the very rare S&T Supplement; "Historical Accuracy in Blitzkrieg", "Blitzkrieg Varient #1", "Blitz' Varient #2", "Guerilla Warfare", "Nuclear Weaponry in Blitzkrieg", "Blitzkrieg Arms Race Variation" and a huge two part 10-page variant article, "Thoughts on Strategy I" (SPI's Strategy I game was born out of the Blitzkrieg Module System), these thoughts actually pertain to Blitzkrieg. From very early Strategy & Tactics Magazine a 4-part variant series covering Auto-Victory, Invasion, Bombing and Fighters. Also two other variants from early S&T are “Putting The Blitz Back in ‘Krieg” with 468 DTP color counters and “Airmobile Operations” including 12 DTP color counters mounted, cut and ready to play. From Outpost Magazine "P.O.W. Option for Blitzkrieg". From Jagdpanther "Navies in Blitzkrieg" (including 57 DTP color counters mounted, cut and ready to play). Three articles from ancient Panzerfaust issues including, "Three Way Blitz" by Tom Hazlett, adding a third nation/player, Green (note that I am including a set of 103 DTP counters for the Green Nation, mounted, razor cut and ready to play. Also includes the 267 counters from the S&T Blitzkrieg Module System in Green as well), "Blitz Economy" and "Air Power". From the SGS Strategist "Minor Blitzkrieg". From the Wargamer three variants, "The CIA Joins Blitzkrieg", "Minor Problems..." (an updating of minor countries with new counters, and yes I have supplied the 227 counters in five different colors, mounted, razor cut and ready to play) and “Three New Variants..." (adding weapons research & development to the game) that includes another 204 counters in pink and blue mounted, razor cut and ready to play. From AH you get several original Play by Mail sheets for Blitzkrieg (suitable for photocopy).Also a set of 318 variant counters I made for a variant from many years ago called "Hot Rod" Blitzkrieg that includes: Improved Positions, Forts, Construction Engineers, Combat Engineers, Heavy Tank Brigades, Recon Brigades, Anti-tank Brigades, Army HQ's and Reserve markers. Our group added many of the concepts from games like the Europa series to use these counters.
