Here is a vintage AHM O Gauge 1/4 inch Scale #7209M Indiana Harbor Belt 0-8-0 Locomotive Motorizing Kit NEW in the Original Box. The kit a can motor, wheel sets, gears, weights, hardware, etc. all new with some parts still in sealed poly bags. There is a parts list but it is stated on the box "FOR INSTRUCTIONS SEE 7209 PLASTIC KIT". Made in Italy by Rivarossi.
