During the Reagan administration, when traveling on Air Force One each guest was provided at his seat with a white card, measuring approx. 8" x 5", on which was printed in blue the seal of the President and the words "Aboard Air Force One". On the reverse side was a typed description of the destination, arrival time, travel time, speed, altitude and weather.

Accompanying the welcome card was the menu for the flight printed on a light yellow heavy stock paper, measuring 7 ½" x 5", with a gold border around the card and the presidential seal embossed in gold near the top and the words "Air Force One" near the bottom.

The welcome card has the following information typed on the back side:

"Our destination is Salt Lake City , Utah . The expected arrival time is 11:25am their time. Time change on this leg: Lose one hour. Our flight altitude will be 19,000 feet, and our speed will average 500 M.P.H. We will fly over Milford , Utah . Destination weather forecast. Conditions: cloudy, breezy and cool with light rain. Temperature: 50 degrees"

On the menu card the following text is typed:

"November 16, 1982. Lunch. Monterey Bean Soup. Club Sandwich. Potato Chips. French Pasteries. Choice of Beverage"
