Offered for sale is this lovely and very impressive Air Force One navy blue bomber style jacket with velcro closure cuffs and elasticized rib knit waistband. This fine garment is identical in cut, color and quality to those worn aboard the Presidential Jumbo Jet by honoured VIP guests of the Head of State and Commander In Chief, the President of the United States! 'Air Force One' is machine embroidered in white thread on the left side. What makes this item truly special is the superlatively well rendered, entirely hand-embroidered, 4" diameter Presidential crest that is mounted over the right breast. Richly embroidered from top quality colored silk threads, it has been custom manufactured to an 'Old-World' standard of quality and excellence seldom encountered today. Each intricate detail of the noble and historic Presidential crest has been faithfully replicated in all respects. The fletching on the Eagle's wing, for example, is picked out in brown thread and a 3-dimensional effect is to be observed when examined at close range! Even exceptionally subtle details like the tiny talons on the claws that clutch a bundle of Arrows and an Olive branch can be clearly seen.
