Written for "Every Student of Aviation, Every Air-Minded Citizen". Edited by L.C. Guthman, Ensign, U.S.N.R. Published by the National Aeronautics Council, Inc., New York, 1943. The plane packets ( 2 ) contain a series of photographs and silhouettes. Originally designed for ground observers of the Aircraft Warning Service.
