Wards Airline MIRACLE radio, 1939. This is a very nice brown Bakelite set with light brown swirls and leaf motif on top. I rebuilt it electrically with new tubes where needed, all new capacitors, a couple of resistors, clean and lube tuning and controls, and a new dial ribbon. Speaker cone is fine, no rips or holes. It is unique, using a traveling ribbon that changes color as you tune, from white to red. A good performer if you add a few feet of wire to the antenna lead, and a ground can make it even better.This is a 6 tube set with a 6U5 magic eye tube. Comes with documentation.
