Very nice blue saucer with an airplane and skyscrapers/skyline motif. Made by Syracuse China. The back of the saucer is marked: "O.P.CO., Syracuse China, Z-1". The O.P.CO. (Onondaga Pottery Company) abbreviation on the back of china pieces was used pre-1946. The Z-1 code corresponds with a manufacturing date of 1945. Very good condition with no chips, cracks, etc. There are three very minor glaze chips near the backstamp but this is not a flaw. Measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter.
