I bought this APC 40 from a Guitar Center brand new and have only used it 3 - 5 times. It turns out it isn't/wasn't needed for my little home studio and has just been sitting in it's original packaging for almost a year now. It is in perfect condition; there are no scratches or anything wrong with it. I did add a little Ableton Live sticker right next to where the APC says Ableton (showed in the picture that is zoomed in on the bottom right hand corner). It will come in the original packaging and will contain everything it came with.
