welcome to ezcapstores Featured Item: AKAI SR-LA101 VINTAGE STEREO SPEAKERS PAIR - NR! Akai Model SR-LA101 – Vintage Stereo Speakers. Each tower stands 24” tall, and is 12” wide and 10” deep. This model features 3-Way Speaker System in each tower with 8” woofers, 4” mid-range speakers and 3” tweeters. These are 80 Watts Max speakers, rated 45 Watts at 8 Ohms so they will work best with any amplifiers or receivers not exceeding 40 Watts per channel. The sound they produce is simply awesome, frequency range is 45 Hz to 20,000 Hz and if speakers are placed on the floor that low frequencies sound even better. Woofers have fabric surrounds so they will last for years to come without any need of refoaming. Dark wood cabinets look great and speakers come with original dust covers. CONDITION: Functionality is perfect – both speakers sound simply great. Visual condition is also great, near excellent. One tower is near mint with few imperfections on the dust cover only. The second tower show minor wear on the bottom edges, slight split, some minor scratches and t and small tear on the dust cover. Also one tower has some wear on the back panel - see picture, bottom edge of the back panel - this does not affect functionality and also is not really visible but please consider this when bidding. Overall condition is very good – I would rate 7 out of 10 or even better. The quality of the sound is so good that it will pay for cosmetic imperfections. If you are an enthusiast of vintage Akai equipment you may consider adding these small towers to your system. Speakers are fully tested and guaranteed to work perfectly.
