"AL MAR VINTAGE SERE #3003 COMBAT FIGHTER FOLDER KNIFE" Up for bids or immediate purchase is a beautiful vintage custom hand made late '1980's to early '1990's vintage production Al Mar S.E.R.E. Special Forces combat fighter folder knife which is made in Seki Japan along with the original issue Shoemaker Made hand made black leather sheath and both are hand made quality. I personally guarantee this knife to be original and authentic!!! If your looking at this auction you know what this custom hand made knife is and what it is worth to the discriminating knife collector...its a very rare investment piece! The 3/16" thick duplex-grind spear point design folding fighter type lock-back knife is made from AM-6 stainless steel and sports a 4.1/4" long blade, brushed stainless steel bolsters that act as integrated hand guard, multi-colored brown and black micarta handle scales which are secured on by five brass pins, with full solid brass liners, and its drilled with a brass furrel for a lanyard. Overall length of the knife is approximately 10.1/8" in new condition having never been used, carried or resharpened. It comes complete with a black colored tactical type leather sheath marked SERE with the AL MAR Logo which was made by Shoemaker and Sons who were the main sheath makers for AL MAR Knives years ago. The knife is marked AL MAR with the red AL MAR Crest and on the opposite side: Seki Japan! Guaranteed to only increase in monetary value as vintage AL MAR'S are becoming very scarce and very expensive and even harder to find! Its new and has never been used, carried or resharpened, only admired over the years!
