Listed for sale is this amazing sounding Alan Smart Research C2 Stereo Compressor. It can be used as an independent dual mono, 2-Channel compressor / limiter or as a linked Stereo unit. Sounds very, very nice on the stereo bus, adding movement and making your mix come alive. It can be compared to an SSL G series compressor, but with more sonic detail and added flexibility. This very unit is the one with the much loved and talked about "Crush" function, producing a very overtone rich, addictive sound. Sidechain inputs and pin 2/3 hot selection help with properly interfacing with any gear and achieving precisely the desired result. Unit has been barely used in a non-smoking facility. Listed below are the tech specs: The C2 compressor houses two independant mono compressors, or in STEREO mode, the left-hand controls operate both audio channels, with the right-hand controls not used, giving true Stereo operation.
