Condition: I bought this in a lot of signed baseball pictures, and cards, I have no way of verifying the autograph, some of what I have is on stamped MLB stuff and some of it has holograms. I am offering it all pretty cheap if you want to take the chance on it, I have no reason to suspect it isn't real. Offered as is. Terms of Service: By buying you agree to all of the following. (I really hate the legal stuff, but it has to be done.) Combined shipping: I will combine shipping on buy it now items only. Auctions I can not combine. As they are considered clearance items their shipping costs are very specifically calculated. Shipping in general: I reserve the right to ship with whatever carrier I choose. Please note that on very expensive items I may require a signature confirmation. If you have any questions about this please ask. I am trying to ship every weekday, rarely I may not be able to on Thursdays or Fridays as these are days that I buy more things to sell. But I give it my best. I never miss Thursday AND Friday though. I ship early, I am up at 5:30 AM and out in the shop packaging by 6-6:30 after a cup of coffee or two. So if you pay after early morning, chances are it will go out the next morning. Shipping costs are non negotiable. Please don't ask. International Shipping, please contact me for a quote prior to bidding or buying these can be quite expensive and I do not want any surprises for you. AS of OCT 2011 all International shipments are required to have ins. Please note the ins. policy is through my listing tool Inkfrog, they require 45 days from shipment before filing for non-receipt. This will be included in my quote. By bidding or buying you agree to not file a dispute for non receipt until such time that we can file a claim. I WILL NOT LIE ON A CUSTOMS FORM, DO NOT ASK. Payment: Please remit payment within 48 hours. If you make it to 5 days without payment, I will file a dispute for non payment with eBay. This is not to be mean or demanding, it is in order to recoup my final value fees and to quickly get the item relisted so I can resell it. If you pay the dispute automatically ends. If you have issues with payment let me know quickly as a courtesy. Returns: Used items do not qualify for returns. They are considered to be in used condition as if you were to purchase them from an estate sale yourself. I will test items as much as I can prior to shipping. New items will be new and if they are received in a different condition (I am human and it is not beyond the realm of possibility for me to make a mistake.) I will offer a refund. In the event that a refund is agreed upon it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping. I suggest sending it the same way back as it was sent with tracking number. If the item is over $49.99 it will have ins. paid on it by me. If the item is ins. you agree to wait until the decision of the claim to file any dispute. In the event of a refund moneys will be returned within 48 hours of receipt, normally it is immediate. I am not in the business of ripping people off, I have been doing this for years now, and I have a good feedback.
