Limited edition poster from 1987 "Wolf Duet" is the 5th in the Alaska poster series by Jon VanZyle. Alaskan wolf duet...a late afternoon sound conveying the feeling of the North Country. Personally signed by the artist; Jon VanZyle is well known as the official artist of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race, as well as two time finisher of the race with his teams of Siberian Huskies. His acrylic paintings go beyound the race, though, and encompass so much of the Alaska beauty....dog teams, landscapes, wildlife, Alaskan faces from native to newcomer, ... and portray an intimacy with the land and its people....Poster size is 18" x 24", on substantial stock suitable for framing and shipped in a protective tube. In perfect new condition, this poster is out of print and a rare find.
