Over the next few years all 50 states will be using these flat plates. I don't like them any more than you do, but get used to them as they are, unfortunately, to stay. Please don't write and ask me if this plate is real , because it is non-embossed; it is real! Many of the plates I am offering were ordered by motorists and never picked up (it happens everyday throughout America) so they may be mint/unissued, while others were used and will will show some signs of usage. PAIRS In some cases I will have PAIRS of plates (two of the same plate for those of you in Rio Linda).
