Gaijin Gyotaku Art print of a Tiger Rockfish, image size 11x17, paper size 11.5x17.5, Gyotaku is a traditional Japanese ink printing method used by fishermen to document their trophy catches. Each Gaijin Gyotaku is a true image of a fish caught by a Local Alaskan, and is captured by inking the fish and then lifting its impression onto rice paper. the photo above shows a print laminated on some foam core, but the Print you are buying is unmounted and shipped in a Mailing Tube and can be mounted and matted any way you wish. this is a very unique and amazing alaska souvenir!
