Francis & Day's ALBUM of RAGS No 1. Original Arrangements Selected by Winifred Atwell. Published in Paperback, 1950's, F. & D. Ltd. 22468. 20 pages including the covers, with 6 Rags from 1908 onward. ( see Contents Page for titles ). This is in Very Good condition, with no writing in the margins, & no notes or inscriptions anywhere. It is still clean & bright throughout. The original price of 2/6d can be seen on the front cover. A photographic image of Winifred appears on the front cover, & also 2 images of her on the advert at the back. The 2 photo's here show; 1) The front & back covers, & 2) The Contents page, then the start of " Black & White Rag ". These photo's were taken by me. I don't use stock photo's, because they don't show the real likeness of the item being sold. This Album was printed by The Compton Printing Works, ( London) Ltd. See both photo's here for more details. Size : 277mm x 217mm x 2mm, & Weight : 53 grammes before packing, so approx' 130 grammes when packed. ( I usually sell Antique Books, etc, but I picked up a few of these music sheets on Holiday. I hope the description's not too long. ) Good luck in the bidding, & may the best " Ragman " win.
