Alco RS-1 Undecorated HO - Scale - ATLAS The engine look to be new and comes in the original box. I have tested the engine and both run quiet and smooth. The engine has a DCC decoder installed but also run fine on regular DC. The handrail are still in the plastic bag and are unopened. KD couplers are already mounted on the engine. Atlas makes the top of the line engines. They run very quiet and very smooth. If you have any questions or would like more pictures, please asked.
