Hoplite linen armor made by MP Filmcraft formerly MP Productions known for high quality. Has brass scales on right side for protection when using a spear or sword and a double layer of white leather skirting all along bottom of armor. Linen cuirass is made in the classic greek design and constructed how the armor in the film Alexander was made with a base layer of 12-13 oz leather that is covered with two layers of linen. This assures a long life for the armor with no deforming or coming unglued. Many historical cuirass's were made of layers of linen glued over leather to make them stronger. The leather is smooth side in and will not tear up tunics and feels comfortable for wear. Armor is size M-L Large 38-46" Adjust on left side 4-6 inches. Props used in photos such as helmets, grieves, swords, spears, and shields are NOT included. Sandals, tunics, and capes will be sold separately soon.
