Alfred Daguet, Paris 1907, Art Nouveau Jewel Box. Box is brass over wood with inset cabochons. Alfred Daguet's hammered boxes were highly desirable objects which were made in the atelier above the gallery L'Art Nouveau owned by Siegfried Bing in Paris at the end of the 19th century, and retailed in the gallery. Signed Alfred Daguet Paris 1907. Condition: Very good, original interior, no missing cabochons.
