Up for your consideration is a gravy / sauce server (3" h., 3.25" w.) with an under plate (8" l., 5.75" w.) made by Alfred Meakin Pottery in England. The Fair Winds pattern, which often depicts maritime scenes. The gravy server is decorated with the "Filling the kiln outside Canton. The boat is waiting" decal -- which depicts potters filling an outdoor kiln. Charming blue and white pattern.
Condition: no chips, nicks, cracks, or crazing -- the under plate has slight surface scratches. Would make a nice start or addition to a collection or set. Buyer pays handling and shipping via USPS Priority Mail, $11.75 all zip codes, USA only.
