Recently, I have purchased many items from an old farm estate in Southern Illinois. All of these items are fresh to eBay and this is another wonderful one that I am listing tonight -- a beautiful white Ironstone pitcher made by Alfred Meakin. It is a bubulous shape with an applied handle, stands at 12" tall, and is a bluish color. T is gorgeous panelling on the rounded belly and the spout is slightly scalloped. T are swirl details on the handle and the base is slightly elevated. This pitcher is gorgeous and will date from the 1880's, making it a perfect decorative piece for any country-inspired home.This item is authentic and in fantastic condition with NO chips, NO cracks, NO hairlines, NO crazing, and NO repairs.
