For the vintage Italian Art Glass collectors out t --- this piece is for you! This is a wonderful nude torso done in a super nice flat black glass (it almost looks like metal) done by the well known artist - Alfredo Barbini. The torso measures 8 ¾" long and about 3" across the shoulders and maybe 2 ½" across the hips. The piece does not stand up --- it appears to be made to just lay flat. The nude is in very nice condition, but does have a few very shallow nicks at the back of the shoulders --- nothing really problematic, but mentioned just the same --- see photos. The torso is signed on the bottom of a leg --- A. Barbini --- again see photos. A super addition for the vintage Italy / Italian / Murano Art Glass collection.
