This auction is for the 7" Alkaline Trio/ Smoking Popes split record that was handed out at the New Years Eve show at the Metro in Chicago. Never opened or played.Only 1,100 of these were pressed, and NO MORE will be made EVER.This includes a Smoking Pope's cover of Alkaline Trio's "Blue Carolina," as well as an Alkaline Trio cover of the Pope's "Off My Mind".If you missed this legendary show, 's your chance to own this insanely rare collector's item.This will come with a bonus Alkaline Trio sticker we also picked up at the show.My fiance and I each ended up with a copy, and have decided to unload our second copy and use it toward the honeymoon savings. (Yeah, we're poor.) ;-)Payment is expected within 5 days of the auctions end.
