Alke is a 27 inch doll from Annette Himstedt's 1994-95 "Puppen Kinder" collection. She represents a young girl from Norway and comes with her original blue velour dress trimmed with blue dotted ruffles around the collar and the half slip. The half slip and her sash are also of the same blue dotted material. The slip has a blue satin ribbon trim above the ruffle that is tied in a large bow at the side. Her underwear is one piece white eyelet trimmed cotton. She wears no shoes or socks, and her toes are separate and beautifully molded. Her light blonde wig is in its original set with whispy tendrils framing her face and neck. It has a center part and braids looped over her ears. Her eyes are a beautiful blue with both upper and lower lashes and blushing on the lids. Her clothing is clean, crisp and odor free. She has an absolutely beautiful face, wonderfully modeled. Her lips full and and detailed. Her jointed head, arms to above the elbow, shoulder plate to the waist and legs to the upper thigh are vinyl. Her torso is a peach velour. Each of her limbs is signed and the back of her head is also signed with "Alke" and "Annette Himstedt". Shipping is UPS insured ground and may be less than what is posted for eBay. Feel free to inquire about the specific charge for your address. Shipping is not refunded on returns. Returns must be shipped within three days of the receipt of the item.
