FYI: Please read as the following is very important and you may not be aware of this information: Though their toys were amazing, due to marketing issues and even a dock strike, the original company named Neurosmith went out of business about 10 years ago. Therefore all warranty cards are useless & the present "Neurosmith" website will not carry nor warranty these legacy toys. This also means that any existing Neurosmith toys-no matter the source, are either new old stock, have been warehoused/stored for years, and/or have been acquired from various other secondary markets, like right here on eBay. Please be aware that Neurosmith cartridges come with several different packaging options-the eye-catching colorful boxes, inside a chunky yellow box within a clear clamshell and no insert, and even just clear clamshell packaging with no box or inserts at all. I'll try my very best to let you know the exact status of the item you're considering and if I can do so without damaging the packaging, I always inspect even the new toys to insure that you won't get a lemon! Any Neurosmith Music Blocks toy that I list as NEW will come just as it was boxed from the manufacturer-unused, in the original protective plastic bags with all inserts/documentation-all of which complies with eBay's condition standards. The cartridges listed as new, will be new and unused; however, it is getting increasingly more difficult to find cartridges with the little insert still enclosed, so that insert may be missing. In addition, the boxes will probably have mild to moderate shelf wear for the reasons stated above. PLEASE TAKE A CAREFUL LOOK AT MY NUMEROUS PHOTOS AND IF THE PACKAGING IS IMPORTANT, KINDLY ASK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
