Second Edition. 4to., 144 pp., color pictorial dust jacket, green cloth with gilt lettering on spine, illustrated throughout with black-and-white photographs and drawings. Extensively illustrated book on the Bull Terrier. The author gives advise on buying a puppy, keeping and caring for the Bull Terrier, showing, breeding and judging. He also discusses the Kennel Club Standard, and devotes special chapters to conformation and character, movement, type, and mouths. Dust jacket has light edge wear and small soil spot on inside front flap, two small soil spots on front free endpaper, bottom board edges have a few light bumps, bottom tips slightly bumped, content very clean, in Very Good to Very Good Plus condition.
