Over $300 in upgrades.....All the aluminum pieces I could find. Includes new Hobbywing brushless 7800kv motor with 25A speed control, new 1800mA lipo battery, deans connectors for lipo battery and speed control, factory AM radio, all metal gears, full ball bearings, aluminum wheels, new tires, new body, old body with headlights and tail lights, 2 NiMh batteries, Losi fast charger for NiMh, extra wheels and tires, stainless screw set by RC Screwz. You will need a LiPo charger to charge the LiPo batteryI started to finish it, but I think I have the differentials a little too tight and I don't feel like taking it apart again. I am not a master builder, so my loss is your gain. I would take it apart and start from scratch. Everything is new except the transmitter, receiver, and servo, but all work great.
