Two little ANTIQUE Sisters in brass clock case. All-Bisque , barefeet , painted blue eyes with blonde hair and jointed arms and legs . Cute little chubby bodies. They are approx: 5 3/4" and 5 1/4". Doll condition: they are very old and look to have some dirt and the smaller one has a "pit" in right cheek. I think the blonde hair with little curls around it is more rare? They are NOT broken or repaired but look in original condition including the wire in their joints. Becuase garments cannot be removed I can not see any marks. Their silk dresses are falling apart and cannot be removed without destroying them, so I looked under dresses. Smaller one has cotton chemise and drawers and silk jumper. Larger has cotton chemise, drawers, slip, blouse and silk jumper. Look to be hand sewn. Cotton garments are in good condition, but silk over dress is deteriorating. Have been displayed in brass clock case with glass sides with silk flower hydrangea's in background and back of case is mirror. The case cannot be antique becuase the bottom looks like plastic, so maybe vintage? The case has two little copper posts that the dolls are tied onto with a pink silk ribbon. Dolls will be removed from case and wrapped carefully. Shipping cost includes clock case they have been displayed in, but if buyer wants just the dolls, I can reduced shipping cost.
