From the Estate of a Woman that really took care of her doll collection right! 1930s or 40s, Unknown maker Quality made composition doll with brown human hair wig This 18" doll was treasured, all compo in great shape! Ready for a vintage dress and display! I just love the early 1930s and 40s compo dolls---but when you rarely find them, they almost always are in fair/poor condition. This is such a nice find! Her compo is in wonderful shape--face is bright and vibrant, all original. There are some stray marks that may come off--or not, so please look at the pictures with the zoom to see if you can live with them. She is tightly strung---wants to wave Hi! Has the usual joint rubs--eyes open and close easily, and they aren't blown. They are a pretty rootbeer color--but the eyelashes are sparse. I know that I saw her in an old doll guide before--but I just can't seem to find her again......if you know who made her, please let me know. This is a really nice doll--ready to treasure! This gal is 18" of cuteness---wants to come home with you! This little sweetie is a real keeper. No odors--and I am a non-smoking home.
