Time Magazine cover dated September 29, 1952, featuring the Governor Of Texas, Allan Shivers. Signed in blue ink. Shivers was the Democratic Governor of Texas from 1949-1957.Cover has mail folds and punch holes. COA included.These are all Originals , Not copies or reproductions.
