Very good condition, Used only 1 Year. I used it to light about 48 foot of Blue Neon Tube in my retail pet store windows. Store closed and neon tubes got broke in the moveout. 9,000 volt secondary output outdoor type 4 but non weatherproof If used outdoors it must be installed in a weatherproof enclosure. Allanson catalogue # 960FPX120 Weighs over 20 pounds so shipping is a little more. Made in Canada
