This is a publicity poster and has cutouts throughout the heavy cardboard, but they don't distract from the overall picture. Because of its size, it will be folded for shipping. Since it is heavy cardboard, the folds don't distract from the poster. The cutouts were probably to insert things for the display. Also, because of its size the cost of shipping is high.
