No handling fees. Shipping I WILL SHIP ANYW that is not expressly forbidden by the U.S. government, or prohibited by the shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) I SHIP almost exclusively by USPS first class within the U.S., and by USPS airmail letter post everyw else. But that is only because most of my shipments are flat items weighing a couple of ounces. I will gladly upgrade any shipment to registered mail, priority, or overnight (Express) on request. Insurance coverage on shipments within the U.S. is ALWAYS available (and usually recommended,) even if I have not specifically offered it on my invoice. MY SHIPPING RATES ARE A DIRECT REFLECTION OF MY COSTS of postage and materials. More than 95% of my shipments look and weigh the same - a sturdy 6 x 8 inch photo/document mailer weighing between one and 2 ounces - consequently, my shipping charges are very consistent. It's the cost of sending a two ounce letter via first class mail, plus 30 cents for the protective mailer. The costs for shipping heavier items are more, of course, but they're based on the same methodology. You should always be able to determine exactly what your total cost will be before placing your bid. THE ONLY REASON THE RATE WILL CHANGE AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES, IS IF YOU REQUEST DIFFERENT OR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES. Of course, if you have any questions, please e-mail me.
