This brooch features a vintage Vari-Vue image of a bowler. I have attached the "flicker" image behind a detailed laser-cut wood TV. A metal pin clasp is glued to the back with a strong craft adhesive.The animation is wonderful on this piece. The man's arms move as he raises and releases the bowling ball. The ball rolls down the lane and the bowling pins fly up when they are hit.The animation occurs when you tilt the piece because this is one of those old, well-made lenticular images or "magic motion" pictures popular in the 1950's and '60's.
