Alvin Corporation, Viking Pattern (1906). 6 Old French Hollow Handle Dinner Knives with Bolsters. 9 Inches Length Over All. Normal wear from use with no damage or unusual wear. Fine scratches on ORIGINAL blades. The Handles have the old Alvin Hallmark and state "Sterling". The knife BLADES are NOT Stainless, but ARE Silverplated instead. T is a VERY LIGHT olde english "B" monogram on ONE of the monogram areas--the reverse monogram area is blank and has not been used. The pieces have not been cleaned or polished at this time. Unless you request otherwise we will hand polish them before they are delivered. Any coloration in the pictures is the camera and not the piece. T is no abnormal coloration on the knives, though t are a few small and very light tarnish areas on the blades of a couple of the knives. This is an excellent deal for a hard to get set of knives (starting at about 1/4 of similar "replacement" value). We guarantee these pieces as we do all our flatware.
