These statues are very fragile and despite professional packaging with triple boxing and pounds of bubble wrap and packing peanuts, we have still had problems with damage occurring during shipment. To prevent the possibility of any damage occurring to these statues that are currently listed, we are requesting that you only bid if you can pick the statues up. I would be willing to arrange a meeting within a 60 mile radius of the immediate Washington D.C. area, or depending on your location, a possible delivery. Please contact me to make arrangements in advance if you plan to seriously bid on these statues.

Offered is a beautiful example of the "Always Another Rainbow" figurine made by Another Rainbow in the 1990's. This great figurine measures approximately 7 ½" across and is 10 ½" tall and comes mounted to the cherry wood display base.

The figurine is made of fine English bone china and features the signature of Carl Barks in gold on the bottom in front of Scrooge. Originally, this figurine cost $10,950, with only 100 ever being made.

Overall, this figurine is in excellent shape. It is in brand new condition, exhibiting its full color and brightness with no missing or broken pieces. On the back side of the wooden base, the Another Rainbow symbol is seen along with "Always Another Rainbow No. 71 Edition 100". By placing a bid on this lot, not only are you bidding on this mint figurine, you are also bidding on the beautiful framed matching lithograph and booklet + C.O.A. that originally came with this figurine.

The lithograph, which comes beautifully framed and matted, is numbered 71/100 and was signed in pencil by Carl Barks in the lower right corner. The booklet is 36 pages long and contains essays and photographs of Carl Barks drawing and looking at various figurines. Also at the back of this booklet is a certificate of authenticity numbered 71/100 to accompany the figurine. The figurine comes in a generic box and the framed lithograph, booklet, & certificate of authenticity come in their original box.

To find a complete, undamaged set of the figurine, framed lithograph, booklet, and certificate of authenticity is hard to do. Don't miss out on this rare opportunity to obtain a great piece of Disney history!
