Hello fellow ebayer's!! Here are our policies on our items we are selling: plese note that it is winter here and we can get a little ice, lots of ice, little snow, lots of snow or both, plus wind, ect, so may not be able to get items shipped out on some days. Also, we may not be able to get to our shop where our ebay items are, so may not be able to readily answer speceific questions or get more photos to you. We will do our best to keep things rolling, but we just never know about wether conditions her. Also, we do live out in the county, with a long lane, that a lot of times we can't even drive out it. Anyway, hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and we wish everyone a beautiful, Happy New Year!!! 1) First off, we spend a lot of time driving up to 200 miles one way to find all our really cool stuff that we offer to you. We are a mother-daughter team, working to make a little extra money. Because of all the time and materials it takes to get your items safely to you, we do have a small handling fee. We refund extra shipping money when we guestimate too much weight or too big of a box. 2) PLEASE CHECK THE SHIPPING CALCULATER FOR YOUR SHIPPING COSTS. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE OUR SHIPPING COSTS, PLEASE PASS ON OUR ITEMS. BIDDING IS ACCEPTANCE OF OUR SHIPPING COSTS AND OUR POLICIES. WE ARE NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL AT THIS TIME. 3) Items are shipped in boxes (even tiny items). this insures that the packages meet the US postal service requirements for delivery confirmation. This way, we have no surprises of extra shipping costs. 4) We do not accept returns, as nearly all of our items are used, most are vintage or antique. We do not know the history of the items and many were stored poorly for years. We do describe to the best of our ability, but our descriptions are only our opinions and what we can readily see. We try to provide pics to help with our description. This does not mean that we will not work with you if there is a problem. Please email and we will see what we can do. 5) We are happy to combine shipping on items that end within a seven day period.,BUT, you must contact us and let us know. PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE FINISHED BIDDING. (SOMETIMES WE MISS EMAILS, SO CHECK IN OFTEN) When you are finished, request a total, then payment for all items purchased must be paid for within THREE days of end of auction of last item purchased. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN THREE DAYS OF END OF AUCTION. Too many buyers are purchasing multiple items, then no pay, no contact, so please make sure your funds for paying are available (PAYPAL ONLY) We are easy to work with if you just keep us informed!!! Any exceptions to this, must be okayed by us. Remember keep in touch with us!! 6) We only accept paypal, you must have a paypal account to bid on our items. 7) We try our best to answer questions in a timely manner, but things happen (emergency room visits, sick kids (well you know what we mean), so please be pateint. We do try to let you know, if we cannot get info to you right away. Same with shipping. We do our best to ship within two business days, but sometimes life just happens and weather too! This is an adorable AM 991 GERMAN antique doll that has a very TLC body. As you can see from the pics, body is in very bad condition. Head and body may not be original to each other. Head is good except for some pencil writings, paint rubs. Teeth and set eyes may be replacements, although the eyes are glass. It looks like this baby should have sleep eyes. This doll is about 16 inches tall. A good winter project for someone out there!!! Pictures are of actual items for sale!
