This auction is for an 11cm genuine Herkimer Diamond crystal, mined by myself from a central NY mine. I say in the caption that it is one pound. This is an estimate because my scale only goes up to a little under 11oz. and that gets maxed out by this crystal. So it roughly is a pound, give or take a few ounces. This crystal has one termination, (point on the end,) t is damage w the other would have been. This crystal is however, amazing. The term that is present is in excellent shape, it also has clarity that is rarely found in a crystal this size. I really don't think I've ever seen one with this clarity at this size. Like I said, t is damage, t are rock and crystal contact marks, as well as inclusions. A great hand piece and a beautiful speciman. I was pretty quick to list this crystal after I pulled it from it's pocket that was it's home for the last 500 million years. Upon spending some time with this crystal and really looking at it, I found a enhdro chamber with a huge bubblethat moves around the chamber. The bubble is big for the chamber but still moves around quite nicely, t is also some kind of particles in the bubble. I've never seen anything quite like it. This went from a really cool crystal to simply amazing. Winner should be aware of the neccessity to use caution when handling an enhydro. Avoid direct sunlight or excessive
